Juried Into a National Show!!

This week in the Philadelphia area is the Pennsylvania National Quilt Extravaganza. I was delighted to have two of my quilts juried into the the show! It's the first time I've entered a national show. The Majestic Mountains quilt is a miniature block based on Bonnie Hunter's technique. It was made for a challenge for an online quilt guild called Our Quilting Beehive. Roses Converging is a Ricky Tims convergence quilt and uses a hand dyed chartreuse fabric to highlight the leaf colors in the Benartex Flower Shop roses. There are additional roses appliqued on top and quilted with gold thread.

  1. Congrats, Peggi! They look even better in person!

  2. Congratulations! I remember the first one, but the rose is spectacular. Can't wait to see it in person.
